Funny Farm

A fearsome foray into my fiber follies. I talk about weaving, knitting, spinning and dyeing. Some chatter about the sheep, goats, pigs and chickens.

On The Loom

Look like a flag for a small, tropical island? NO? How about a village in South America? Ok, so villages don't have their own flag, but you never know, you know?

Stripes are really blue and not purple.

Oh Marie, this is absolutely gorgeous! I'm not usually won over by warm colors, but this is exceptional!

Oh, I *love* it - would cheer you up on the gloomiest day! I may just have the colour scheme for when we next redecorate.....

Bee-You-Ti-Full!!! I'm not usually a fan of orange (oops, except for the orange tee shirt I have on right now), but I do love the color combination. (I have on a blue headscarf, too). Very Dutch! And those stripes look blue to me, not purple, so it's Very Okay!

It would be helpful to me, a newbie weaver, to know what it is your weaving too if that's not too demanding, e.g., 20/2 cotton, and what your epi was. I'm still trying to get a handle on the math part.
